Valeria Beach is an independent concierge and review service. We are not affiliated with Crown Resorts Ltd or Crown Perth — hotel and venue names are used descriptively to identify the services we book on your behalf.
Regulatory notes
We operate under Australian Consumer Law. Concierge planning fees are quoted and agreed before work begins; accommodation and venue costs are passed through transparently. Casino-related services are strictly for adults 18+ and include responsible gaming safeguards by design — see the responsible gaming notice in our site footer.
GDPR — for European guests
If you're in the EU/UK when you contact us, the GDPR applies. Under it you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis is contract performance (your booking) and legitimate interest (running the service).

Intellectual property
All original content on valeriabeach.space — reviews, guides, photography descriptions, the journal — is our copyright. You're welcome to link to it; republishing it needs written permission. Venue trademarks belong to their owners and are used here for identification only.
Liability
We plan carefully and confirm everything twice, but services are delivered by independent venues — hotels, restaurants, drivers, the casino. Our liability is limited to the planning fee you paid us, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes go to Queensland courts — though in nine years we've resolved everything with a phone call, and we'd rather keep it that way.
